Next step-Energy Application, day to day use and other things
Energy Application is fairly easy, but you do have to be open minded to be able to approach it, much less do anything. If you're stressed, under duress, feel threatened or anything like that when you first start, you may have some more...interesting results...including headaches, sleepiness and other side effects, so please be careful.
As I mentioned in the last blog, The Aura is the energy field that surrounds you that it's believed comes from the heart(as an EM field) and the soul(as a part of the personality). To use it, think about Reiki, and about Laying on Hands healing-this is the first real application.
A few exercises:
Grounding-Helping yourself to feel destrained and destressed(and others), it may be necessary to balance the energy field, and that takes Grounding(think lightning strike or electricity that goes to ground or gets grounded).
Procedure: Take your hands and/or feet and plant them on the ground(this even works laying down), doing square breathing(count to 4 as you're inhaling, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts and hold for 4 counts, and repeat, slowly lowering your breathing rate), imagining that every piece of negative energy/stress is melting away from you and going down to the ground, letting go of everything that you have built up over the course of the day/weeks/years if needed.
This process helps A TON, and if you're with someone, what you're doing is tapping into them-or them tapping into you (touching them) and letting their/your own negativity flow from their/your body, using your/their body as a conduit(feel the energy/direct it through your legs to ground, DO NOT let it come up to your mind-that can cause a lot of bad energy effects and keep your mind clear) and letting everything melt away.
Grounding can be found in a lot of different things. Some examples of normal 'grounding' activities: Hugging, Kissing, Holding, Playing Sports, Writing, Drawing...anything that truly lets your stress go...but it's a lot more effective if you have your feet planted on the floor...that makes a huge difference, and you'll feel it!
Day to day use of energy is also different...but a few side notes before I go any further:
1-You're opening up a part of you that a large portion of society has forgotten or buried, and there may be some readjustment time, where you feel out of sorts and out of focus. Don't worry about it, it will readjust itself in time, as your newfound energy awareness draws friends close and you feel more and more in tune with not only life, but your own inner being.
2-ANY use of drugs(illegal or prescription) can throw your energy field unless you're used to them, Illegal drugs will do even more damage(I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!)...and alcohol and smoking can also throw you. I stopped smoking years ago and drink one drink a week at best, and it's a good balance for me, but you need to find your own balance. Be VERY AWARE of this!! It's critical that you find your own balance and your own harmony.
3-Stress can effect how everything goes, and can effect how you use energy on a day to day basis...this can really throw awareness for a loop and throw what you're trying to do. If you're in a high-stress environment much, get out at least once a day and ground and then energize yourself...it makes a big difference :-)
4-Emotion of a positive nature will enhance your learning and your energy. As a general rule, love and hope of any kind will help a huge amount, and helps you to live a lot better, that plus it also increases your mental 'muscles' and helps you to go further.
Ok, lets get back to some fun stuff :-)
Energy...it's hard to explain without going sci-fi on people, but for me...it's the greater 'stuff' of the universe. As I've mentioned before, Dogs and pets can see and it and feel it. So the question is? Is how do we????
My experience is, is as I've mentioned before...is the Aura. The Aura can come in a ton of different colors and shapes, but normally, it's about 2-4(or bigger) inches away from the body, and does a few things-1)Helps others feel and see how you're feeling 2)Allows for yourself to stretch beyond the aura(auric projection-the ability and talent to put energy in a different place, my experiments with that have allowed me to go huge distances-you just need to try it out yourself). 3)Allows you to see more than what you would-you know how you can see things more...closely, more in tune color wise or hear things better? Its your energy being tuned...being refined, being more sensitized to things around you.
On that last point, there are a few things to note: 1-Auric Projection and 2-Tuning the Aura.
Let's go with the first one first:
1-Auric Projection: Definition: The ability to project energy to someone else, whether it be in the same room or across the galaxy(theoretically), normally used to project healing, protection, and energy to recharge.
Technique? Best way to do it is through emotion...you think strongly about protecting someone and then feel the energy going to them as if it's a shield...a barrier to protect them in some way shape or form. Same thing is done with healing and energy...you just put the emotion behind it, and then send it off :-)
2-Tuning the Aura: The Aura is a bubble...but one I've found that responds to music in a ton of different ways, and can be healed very quickly by it. From my life, I was in a bad relationship, got out of it, and then was on my own...was introduced to Barbershop Music(4-part harmony to those who don't know it is), and through both singing and being a part of the chorus...ended up healing me to the point where it's now a daily part of my life, both music and barbershop, and keeps healing those wounds.
Tuning the aura is as easy as finding the right song or right music that makes sense to your mood...and uplifting yourself...and then taking that emotion and running with it...it'll effect everyone around you from your pets to your boss, tuning their energy by the same token.
